Jobs South West’s Mentor Marketplace Program acknowledges the difficulties young people with a disability and their families face particularly when looking at their employment, education and training options, leaving school, moving out of home and increasing their social networks. It can be quite challenging to know where to go to for assistance and who to trust. That’s why Jobs South West prides itself on delivering such a comprehensive and caring service to these young people and their families. The program matches young people who have a disability with a volunteer mentor . The program runs in the Margaret River/Vasse region and the Greater Bunbury, Collie and Warren Blackwood regions. There are lots of benefits to being a mentor all you need is to have a genuine interest in assisting a young person living with a disability to reach their full potential.
