Traineeships
What is a Traineeship?
Traineeships are a great way to start a career. They combine practical experience at work with structured on-the-job learning. Traineeships are usually 12 months for full time employees or 18 months for part time employees. It provides employers the opportunity to train staff in a work environment utilising familiar equipment, standards and customers. For the Trainee it provides a platform to gain employment and training to enhance work skill levels leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
