Cert II - Has been designed as a standard entry level qualification for the retail industry. It is for those participants wanting to develop the skills and knowledge to begin a career in the retail.
The core units of study include: Merchandise products, Sell products and services and Advise on products and services. In total 14 units of study need to be complete for this course. As much as possible participants will be able to gain skills and knowledge from practical activities.
Assessment will be made by observation, off the job simulation, written or verbal assessments.
