The Certificate I in Retail is designed to help participants in the search for a traineeship or employment. Upon successful completion of the course individuals will have a basic understanding of: Communicate in the workplace, Work effectively a retail environment, Operate retail equipment, Perform routine housekeeping duties and Apply safe work practices.
There are no prerequisites for entry, although it is essential that participants have the literacy skills needed to complete the program.
