Now is a strength based course offered to women in a supportive environment. This course gives women self- confidence and positive self-esteem and provides the environment for all women to achieve their full potential. It is valued as a crucial stepping stone for women wishing to return to the workforce or further study, often after long absences for a variety of reasons.
The course includes; Communication skills, Senior first aid, personal management, cookery skills, computer skills, work experience, Math, job search and study options, health issues for women.
