The Certificate I in Hospitality (Operations) gives you entry level skills and knowledge to work in the hospitality industry. It provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in routine tasks in various hospitality settings where individuals may work in a team but always under direct supervision. Areas of study to include: Develop and update hospitality industry knowledge; Work with colleagues and customers; Work in a socially diverse environment; Follow health, safety and security procedures; Follow workplace hygiene procedures.
