Profit from Experience

The Profit from Experience (PFE) Program can help mature aged job seekers back into the workforce with access to career guidance, training and career and employment advice. 

Whether you’re employed or unemployed, anyone aged 40 plus (35+ for Indigenous clients) can access the services of Profit from Experience.  Remember maturity is an asset and many employers are turning to mature aged workers for the stability, experience and excellent work ethic that they bring to the workforce.  If you need to obtain new skills or have existing skills recognised to get a job Profit from Experience may be able to assist you financially by assisting with the cost of training.  Contact us to make an appointment to see a Profit from Experience Consultant.
