Employment Directions Network

The Employment Directions Network is an open door for everyone in the South West Region of Western Australia.  Our Employment Directions Network Career Centre Services are funded by the Western Australian Department of Education and Training and are provided free to the community. 

We can help with career exploration, employment information, work experience, work insurance cover, internet access through MyGuide and job search support. 

In practical terms we offer advice and assistance in almost all aspects of job search.  We can help with resumes, application letters, selection criteria advice, interview techniques and career counselling. Practically everything except actually going to a job interview for you!

We aim to help you make the transition into work or training as straightforward as we can, giving YOU the confidence to achieve your dreams!

Career Builder - is a computer based guidance system. It takes about one hour to complete. Firstly the clients enters information about themselves into the computer. The Career Builder then summarises the information providing the client with a detailed analysis of their skills and abilities. The next step is an in-depth discussion with your careers advisor which assists you in understanding your strengths, preferences and possible career choices. This is a FREE service, career counsellors are professional and qualified, Career Builder is a great tool for helping you make career decisions.
