Jobs South West Community Services is a leading provider of Training and Community Services.  As part of our continuing emphasis on maintaining and expanding excellence in training delivery we require an experienced professional to grow our training unit.

Our established accredited and non accredited training programs include Traineeships, Competitive Allocation of Training (CAT), Elearning programs, Auspicing, Fee for Service and VET programs to youth at risk. 

Reporting to the CEO the successful candidate will manage and coordinate all aspects of our training development, AQTF compliance, marketing and the delivery of training programs.  

The ideal candidate should address the following selection criteria:

• Formal qualifications (BSZ or TAA at a minimum)  combined with sound practical experience within a training management and administration environment
• A Working with Children Check and a current Federal Police Clearance
• Knowledge of and experience in maintaining AQTF compliance
• Sound understanding of current training practices coupled with a consistent  high quality approach to program design, delivery and best practice
• Ability to identify and tender for new commonwealth and state training contracts

• Excellent communication and administration skills
• Knowledge of regional community services, education and training providers will be highly regarded
• An ability to train and manage staff to achieve motivation and performance
