This role offers the opportunity to undertake a diverse range of reception and administration duties including the provision of high level executive support to the CEO and training delivery team.
Candidates possessing the following skills and attributes are encouraged to apply:
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to enter data accurately and operate computer based reporting and E-learning web based computer packages
- Excellent attention to detail together with the ability and flexibility to work within a busy team environment
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- An understanding of the Community Services or Training sector is desirable
